Whether it’s a romantic whirlwind elopement or an outdoor ceremony for 60 of your closest friends and loved ones, our bed and breakfast’s expansive front lawn, private back garden, or cozy central parlor make the perfect backdrop for a beautiful wedding ceremony. No matter the size, your wedding is a grand event, and it would be our pleasure to make the day spectacular and memorable for you.

We offer two bridal packages chocked full of romance and charm to ensure that your day is filled with spectacular magic. Additional packages are available and totally customizable.  Let us know your preferences and our organization will happily accommodate your wishes. “An Intimate Affair”

…accommodates up to 12 guests.

Includes:

  • The ceremony site and set-up on your choice of three sites…front lawn, back garden, or front parlors.
  • An adequate, three-hour, block of time for your wedding ceremony and reception; generally beginning 30 minutes prior to your ceremony.
  • On-site event coordination, day of.
  • Wedding cake, presentation knife, and plating and service to guests.
  • Champagne or Sparkling service.
  • Seasonal floral package to include…hand-tied bridal bouquet, groom’s boutonniere, and wedding cake topper. *Floral work is provided by one of our local florists, and we will make efforts to try and arrange for flowers in your color palette.
  • Services of a marriage commissioner, either civil or religious ceremony. *Wedding party will need to provide a valid Virginia marriage license.
  • Wedding and event music from your device and playlist. A generic selection is also available.
  • Digital photography. Taken by the site coordinator will capture your event and will be happy to take any additional shot requested. The disk will be presented at the close of the event for your review and sharing.
  • ONE night’s accommodation, of choice, at The Williamsburg Manor Bed & Breakfast for the bride and groom. **A two-night minimum stay is required for most weekends and holidays.
  • Discounted rate(s) for anniversary dates in your future.

“A Charming Colonial Ceremony”

… accommodates up to 60 guests.

Includes:

  • The ceremony site and set-up on your choice of three sites…front lawn, back garden, or front parlors.
  • An adequate, three-hour, block of time for your wedding ceremony and reception; generally beginning 30 minutes prior to your ceremony.
  • On-site event coordination, day of.
  • Wedding cake, presentation knife, and plating and service to guests.

Additions to your Wedding Package

Coincidentally and conveniently, the owners of Williamsburg Manor Bed & Breakfast also own the largest off-premise catering service in the area, The Catering Company. This allows you to completely customize our packages, with some restraints on “An Intimate Affair” to glove-fit your special day to your exacting tastes, dreams, and expectations.

Wedding and Event FAQ:

How many rooms at Williamsburg Manor Bed & Breakfast?

Williamsburg Manor Bed & Breakfast accommodates 12 guests comfortably and is the perfect place for the gathering of friends and family on your special day. Reserving The Manor creates a very intimate setting for your family, friends, or either side of the wedding party.

Do I have to rent the entire Manor if I have more than 12 guests?

Yes, for all ceremonies or events over 12 guests we do require that you reserve the entire Manor in addition to your package.

What if The Manor is already booked on my date?

Although we love and cherish our weddings, keep in mind that we are a relatively small property and scheduling will depend on our availability.

For larger events, can I use my own vendors?

With the exception of catering services, absolutely. Bring your own florist, coordinator, music, cake, or photographer. We can also assist you with local vendor options if needed.

Do we need any additional event permits or licenses?

No, short of your valid Virginia marriage license. The Catering Company is fully licensed and insured and carries an off-premise ABC license that will cover your event.

Ok, I want to customize my package, where do I start?

Your first call or correspondence is to Laura either at www.williamsburgoccasions@gmail.com or by telephone 757-220-8011. With literally hundreds of weddings to her credit and after a brief back and forth, Laura will send you a proposal that within a couple of tweaks will hopefully work within your budget and represent the day you have dreamed of. And no, unfortunately we don’t have a list of items to “cookie cutter” your event from.

What is the required deposit for my event?

For either package, a 50% deposit is required to book the facility. Call for pricing structure on larger events.
